Payment plans

We do not accept deposits for animals priced $300.00 or less.

Animals priced  $300.00 or less must be paid in full to purchase or hold. 

$301.00-$900.00

• Each ball python with a cost of $301.00 - $900.00 will be held for 30 days after a minimum NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of the cost of each snake is received. 
• The remaining balance plus shipping MUST BE PAID IN FULL by 30 days after the first initial deposit date

$901.00 - $1500.00

• Each ball python with a cost of $901 - $1500.00 will be held for 60 days after a minimum NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of the cost of each snake is received.
• The remaining balance plus shipping MUST BE PAID IN FULL by 60 days after the first initial deposit date

$1501.00 and up

• Each ball python with a cost of $1501.00 or more will be held for 90 days after a minimum NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 25% of the cost of each snake is received. 
• The remaining balance plus shipping MUST BE PAID IN FULL by 90 days after the first initial deposit date

Details

• The payment plan will begin on the day the first deposit is made. No animals will be held until the deposit is received by MHBP
• NON-REFUNDABLE means NON-REFUNDABLE we do not refund deposits for any reason 
• If a deposit is made before a snake is officially listed for sale then payment will be expected by the time the snake is ready to leave our facility (unless ready within payment plan dates, in that case you will have until payment plan expires)
• The total cost of snake will become fixed on the day the plan begins. 
• If each ball python is not paid in full by the plan expiration date the buyer forfeits his/her rights to each ball python and therefore agrees to forfeit their 25% non refundable deposit. MHBP then reserves the right to sell the animal to another buyer at the current market price. 
• If the snake is not paid in full within the time of the payment plan, any money that has been paid IN EXCESS of the original deposit will be recorded as a store credit for a future purchase for one year from the day the original deposit was received
• All ball pythons included on a plan will remain in the care of MHBP until final payment is received.
• A confirmation of payment and remaining balance information will be provided with every payment made, a formal receipt with detailed payment information will be provided along with a certificate of genetics when the balance is paid in full and the ball python is picked up or shipped.
• There is no pre-payment penalty, any snake can be paid in full at any time before the payment plan expires. 
• Ball Pythons will only be shipped when weather is permitting at all locations including departure city, arrival city and all FED EX Hub Cities. Shipping/Delivery will be coordinated with the buyer once payment is made in full. Local pick up is an option. MHBP will decide when to ship. Shipping will be arranged when MHBP decides the conditions are safe and meet their standards. Shipping will not be influenced or decided by when the buyer wants their animal or thinks the weather is acceptable.
